Dr Boggs graduated from Queens University in 1999, completed his training through the Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Association. Dr Boggs completed an Advanced Gynaecology and Pelvic Floor Surgery Fellowship in Toronto Canada from 2010 to 2012 and has been a Consultant in the Southern Trust (Craigavon and Daisy Hill Hospitals) since 2013.

His specialist interests include pelvic floor disorders, minimally invasive surgery (keyhole and vaginal) and outpatient hysteroscopy (camera procedure of the womb). He is also the Chair of the Southern Trust Urogynaecology Multi Disciplinary Team and RCOG College Tutor for specialist training.
